The Greens leader Adam Bandt has raised concerns about a bill to force the CFMEU into administration, warning there were "no safeguards" to stop a future Coalition government from appointing Tony Abbott to take charge.
"That is just delirious, and it's utterly without foundation and I would say to Labor and Liberals, look in the mirror," the Greens leader told ABC's RN Breakfast. Bandt said it was "unprecedented" for a government to step in and do "what the courts and other institutions should be doing".
