Fears of escalating Middle East conflict grow as US boosts defense and Iran backs Hamas

Both from Israel’s north and the south, fears of a wider war in the Middle East are growing.

Some are also suspicious of China’s recent military moves as it sent warships to the region after the initial attack on Israel as part of a so-called ‘goodwill’ tour. China is still a major concern in general as discussed by top intelligence leaders of America’s closest allies, this weekend on CBS’ 60 Minutes.
