Fear of Pakatan, not Covid-19 real reason for half-day sitting

PANIC and fear within Perikatan Nasional is driving it to shorten this year’s first parliamentary session on May 18 to half a day and not allow any discussion on its policies, said analysts and civil society groups. The fear that Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin will face a no-confidence motion is evident, they said.
