USA TODAYA solution of bleach sold as a"Miracle Mineral Supplement" has been touted as an unproven, so-called cure to multiple ailments, including cancer, autism, HIV and the flu.
Some vendors allegedly claim these symptoms are proof of its effectiveness, but the product's chemical compound has killed at least 8 people, including a 6-year-old girl with autism, according to NBC News.
