The FBI Dallas field office has opened a federal hate crimes investigation into the shooting at an Asian-owned hair salon.
"If you see something, say something," Narvaez said."Please, call 911."
Employees at the restaurant declined to be interviewed Monday but customers and neighbors condemned the violence. “It makes me upset they come here to disrespect the people and that's not right at all. They need justice too, you know,” she said.
