FAIRBANKS, Alaska - An attempted robbery took place at an Anchorage branch of the First National Bank Alaska on Thursday, August 8, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect.
According to a press release, at 5:38 p.m. that day, a female suspect wearing a cold weather coat along with gloves and a face mask entered the bank and gave an employee a note, also verbally demanding money.She is described by witnesses as being about five feet tall.
