Colt, who will be tried as an adult, pleaded not guilty to 55 counts of felony murder, malice murder, and aggravated assault. Gray’s arrest marks the first time in Georgia’s state history where a parent of an alleged school shooter was charged for their child’s alleged actions, Barrow County District Attorney Brad Smith said.
