PETALING JAYA: Eight men have been detained over the alleged rape and prostitution of a 13-year-old girl.
The spate of arrests came after the victim's aunt lodged a police report on July 11.
"Previously they were investigated under Section 367B/372 of the Penal Code and Section 43 of the Child Act."They will be brought to the Kajang Magistrate's Court for the remand process tomorrow ," he said when contacted on Friday ."We have recommended action to be taken under Atipsom and Penal Code," SAC Fadzil said.
