Melero Pena has been documenting the arrival of Ukrainian refugees in Medyka since early March, said Storyful. He has posted several images from the border to his Instagram page,that showed a young girl grasping a teddy bear in one hand and eating a chocolate bar with the other.
"A girl eats chocolate while holding a teddy bear at the border...just arrived from Ukraine," read the post's caption, according to the provided translation."There was a massive wave of refugees entering Poland yesterday fleeing war. "Thousands and thousands of families, mostly women and children, arrive on foot," the caption continued,"with cars, buses and trains looking for refuge."
