Richard Acosta has been charged with capital murder for a convenience store shooting in Garland. Meanwhile his 14-year-old son remains a suspect.
Authorities identified Richard Acosta as the man who arrived at the scene with the shooter and who drove away with the shooter shortly after.
The Garland Police Department has not apprehended Abel Acosta and is asking for the public’s help in locating him. A reward of $10,000 is being offered for the juvenile’s arrest.
