Police spoke to two victims, one of who said Redd offered to watch her dogs while she and a second victim in the case went on vacation. Victims shared surveillance video of the home from the night of Aug. 18 with police, who wrote in charging documents that Redd could be seen walking onto the porch with a pistol in hand around 11:57 p.m.
