A Tesla Cybertruck exploded into flames outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, killing one person and injuring several others. The fire occurred in the valet area of the hotel.

A Tesla Cybertruck caught fire Wednesday morning just outside the entrance of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas , resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries. The Clark County Fire Department responded to the vehicle fire in the valet area around 8:40 a.m. local time. As firefighters battled the blaze, they discovered multiple injured individuals near the vehicle. Seven people were hurt, with two transported to University Medical Center of Southern Nevada.

Officials are working to recover a body from the burned Cybertruck. The cause of the fire remains undetermined. Videos circulating online show the Cybertruck engulfed in flames outside the hotel doors, with sirens audible inside the lobby. One witness reported being near the entrance when the vehicle exploded, forcing them to abandon their luggage. The FBI Las Vegas stated it has personnel on site to assist local authorities. Neither Tesla nor its vice president of vehicle engineering, Lars Moravy, immediately responded to requests for comment. The Trump Organization issued a statement acknowledging the vehicle fire in the hotel's porte cochère, emphasizing the safety and well-being of guests and staff
