SAN ANTONIO - One bullet that was discharged has led to a tragic end to the night for one family on the Southside. According to the San Antonio Police Department, the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. near the 900 block of Ripford Street early Sunday.Unfortunately, the bullet went through the wall and into his mother's room striking her in the chest.When emergency services arrived, they attempted life-saving measures but were unsuccessful and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
