A bus driver accused of careless driving causing the death of an 18-year-old woman has had his case delayed by at least two months over a mechanical report.while walking on a footpath in the city’s central business district on March 8, 2024.
“I do have part of a report. The report I requested prior to the first mention, the substance of it has not yet been received,” McGee said.“We have half the report. It’s missing the annexure to the report: the mechanical inspection.”“It should be able to clear the path. I can only hope,” he said.
