The family-friendly taqueria opened its doors last month at 22 E. Chicago Ave., moving across the street from location where it had been based for the last four years.“Naperville has always been a special place to me, opening my second restaurant here nearly 30 years ago,” Scott Harris, founder and CEO of Fat Rosie’s parent company Scott Harris Hospitality, said in a news release.
However, it has expanded its offerings to include the Ensenada Bar, with seafood options like oysters, shrimp consommé and a ceviche of the day.Known for its soups, salads, sandwiches and bagels, Halsted Street Deli & Bagel is opening a 1,500-square-foot bistro inside the Park Plaza office building at 215 Shuman Blvd. in Naperville
