The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration declared that the El Niño season started in June. “Mga pinya naman po yung iba bumabagsak po ang dahon kasi yung matagal na walang ulan tapos napabayaan na hindi gaanong nalinisan. Yung mga saging po pag nagkaroon ng malalakas na hangin, natutumba po sila,” said Reynato Tayabas, farmer.
