Above-average precipitation is expected throughout the season in the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley and Midwest in general. While that doesn’t sound like the best weather for the year ahead, taking the Farmers’ Almanac with a grain of salt is important.to have below-average temperatures, excessive precipitation and snow as late as April.
