Georginio Rutter has struggled to make an impact at Leeds United since becoming the club's record signing in January but the young forward has started the last three matches under Daniel Farke
Daniel Farke believes hard work is the 'one solution' for Georginio Rutter to kickstart his Leeds United career. The record signing has endured a miserable start to life at Elland Road, making 18 appearances since his arrival in January and often being overlooked during the Whites' relegation run-in.
Farke told reporters: "There's always just one solution: hard work. It's not so much about psychological games or something, is more like come on work hard to bring yourself into a really good fitness level and concentrate on the performances because it never works if you're just playing with ‘I have to score, I have to score’, and you set yourself under pressure.
