Some NFL fans are convinced Chloe Kim played a role in Monday’s stunning Myles Garrett trade.
Just after it was reported that the Rams and Browns had agreed to a swap for the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, several raced to social media to spout off outlandish theories that Garrett’s famous girlfriend had fingerprints on the deal.
“Chloe Kim I can’t prove it,” one X user wrote, “but I know you had something to do with this. ” Kim and Garrett have been dating since 2025, and with the Olympic snowboarder being a Los Angeles native, speculation that she might have been potentially involved in the blockbuster was rampant in online communities.
“Chloe Kim is responsible for this,” one posted on X.“the second the chloe kim news dropped they should’ve known he’d be in la by the next summer olympics,” another wrote. Most, however, were simply excited for Kim and Garrett getting to continue their relationship in her hometown.
