are back with a bang, and on Wednesday night, Calum Scott wowed Cape Town with a stellar performance.The “Bridges” Tour tickets sold out days before the event, and fans came out in droves, packing the outside venue to capacity.Despite the rain that almost made it hard to dance barefoot on the grass, Scott’s stage presence—in his best suit—and choice of opening song blew the house down from the very start of his performance.
It was the dedication to love in the song “Reason” that brought Scott to South Africa, he claims. His mission was accomplished with a surprise marriage proposal at the show. Well done to the organisers, Breakout Events, and the artist—the proposal was a much-talked-about highlight of the event.
