The family of a renowned Christian pastor shared an update hours after T.D. Jakes suffered a medical emergency during a sermon on Sunday.

"Back up, back up, give him some space," someone is heard saying on the livestream, which ended shortly after. They also thanked the public for their prayers, intercession, and all the kind words. They asked for them to continue to pray for Jakes and while reminding them what the upcoming holidays are about.
As of Monday morning, the church has not shared any specifics about what may have led up to the health incident.
