Larry Lloyd won back to back European Cups under Brian Clough
The family of the late Larry Lloyd - one of the Nottingham Forest Miracle Men - have shared a tribute to the former England defender who died aged 75. Mr Lloyd formed a formidable partnership with Kenny Burns at the heart of the Nottingham Forest defence that, along with goalkeeper Peter Shilton, proved vital to the Reds' back-to-back European Cups won under Brian Clough in 1979 and 1980.

Elizabeth May Dandridge Sadly passed away on Monday 1st April aged 75. The funeral service will be held on Friday 26th April at St Christopher's Church Sneinton at 1.45pm Followed by the Committal at Gedling Crematorium at 3pm. Charles Sylvester Washington The family of Charles Washington is saddened to announce his passing on April 4th 2024 at the age of 85. He was a much loved father, grandfather and member of the wider community in Nottingham and beyond. A private funeral service, attended by family and close friends will be held at Tithe Green Burial Ground, Calverton on May 10th at 2pm. Charles Washington was well known and respected by many in Nottingham.
Pearl Morphus Passed away peacefully on the 15th of April 2024, aged 79 years. Loved partner of the late Ron. Proud mum of Tony, Deborah and Julie. Cherished grandmother, great grandmother, and a friend to many. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 1st May at Wilford Hill Crematorium, West Chapel at 2.30pm. Donations in lieu of flowers would be well received by Dementia UK.
