The family of the 15-year-old boy shot by Akron police are holding a press conference Friday morning.

The FOP Union says Officer Ryan Westlake acted according to police policy when he shot the 15-year-old boy. An attorney representing the family says it was a case of racial profiling.AKRON, Ohio -
