The Rozario family is speaking out after New York released bodycam footage showing the killing of 19-year-old Win.
Officers Matthew Cianfrocco and Salvatore Alongi arrived at the family's home after a 911 call from 19-year-old Winn Rozario, who claimed he was in distress.
The officers pleaded with the woman to stand back as she attempted to disarm Rozario. Meanwhile, his brother begged the officers not to shoot. "In the minutes before they came, everything was calm. Then they came and created chaos and murdered him in front of me," the victim's mother Notan Eva Costa said.
