SAN ANTONIO — A family made it out safely from a fast-moving fire on the northeast side of town, officials say.responded to reports of a fire on the 4900 block of Dare Lane near Nacogdoches Road around 2:23 a.m. Sunday.
Firefighters arrived to find the home filled with smoke. They were able to locate the source of the fire in one of the rooms and extinguish the flames quickly. Officials say the family made it out of the house safely. The family dog also made ot out of the home without injury.The home sustained moderate damage but no dollar amount was given.
