The family of a child who was killed by a Glasgow man are trying to find out why the beast is back in jail.
, and Collette’s sisters say his return to jail is 'cloak and dagger', reports the Daily Record.The six-year-old was making her way to a bus stop to got to school in Corby when Stein, whose family are from the Renfrew area, lured her away. Authorities have refused to disclose why Stein, who was given a new identity, is back in prison. Collette's sisters Claire and Lauren are calling for more clarity.
