The Senate report also included all other PhilHealth officials who connived with each other, and participated in committing the offenses.separate probeAccording to the DOJ, any prosecutions of PhilHealth officers, employees, and other suspects will be made through the task force and with the endorsement of Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra. Only the prosecutors of the DOJ or the Office of the Ombudsman can file charges against those involved in the allegations.
