Cornwall councillors refuse Falmouth pub's bid to play music for longer on its busiest weekday.

Three of the residents told councillors about how noise was having a detrimental effect on their lives. He said: "In the 15 years that I’ve operated two pubs in Falmouth I’ve never had any problems with the police or the licensing officer.
