Currently available to stream on Netflix, Falling for Christmas is a modern-day Overboard packed with plenty of holiday spirit. The film stars Lindsay Lohan as Sierra Belmont, a wealthy, self-absorbed heiress who loses her memory after a ski trip goes awry. Unable to recall her own name, Sierra is taken in by Jake Russell , a widower who is struggling to keep his late wife's ski lodge afloat.
Janeen and Michael Damian Talk Falling for Christmas Screen Rant: What is it about Christmas movies that draw you both in? I saw you've been involved in quite a few. Janeen Damian: It started out that we're big fans of Christmas movies ourselves, and we thought, "Well, let's write a Christmas movie, and maybe people will watch it every year along with others.
Michael Damian: Literally, all of us had to put on snowshoes. We had to tromp out to the middle of nowhere in snowshoes.Michael Damian: Oh yeah, I was in great shape. Michael Damian: Oh, that was complex. Michael Damian: We didn't realize it would drop to that degree. But let me tell you, there's one really funny moment when George Young, who plays Tad, do you remember when he's tromping through, and he's on his cellphone trying to get a cell signal? Janine, you were telling him, "We need a little more snow on George's hair." All I know is I look over and George just puts his face into the snow.Michael Damian: Yeah, we didn't anybody to walk on it. Exactly.
