A cool start to the day with lows in the 60s inland, upper 60s to 70s along the beaches. Afternoon highs in the 80s to low 90s. Wind: NE 5-10 mph, 10 - 15 mph along our beaches. Mostly clear overnight with patchy fog inland. Looking ahead: Dry and warmer Friday with increasing rain chances Saturday and Sunday, around 30 - 40 percent based on current models and timing. Tropics: Tropical Storm Gabrielle will head toward Bermuda. No local hazards expected. Two other areas are trying to develop in the wake of TS Gabrielle.
