Greg Falkowski was recently hired as the Economic Development Director for the City of Crown Point. Greg Falkowski is returning to Crown Point as its economic development director after an approximately 15-month stint as chief operations officer at the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority.
“I’m excited Greg will be returning to the City in this role. His leadership and involvement in past projects in the City, coupled with his aligned values when it comes to new development in Crown Point, is a tremendous advantage to our community,” Land said via a press release Monday. Land could not immediately be reached for further comment Monday afternoon.
Uran announced his resignation from the tourism bureau in December to “spend more time with family.” His resignation was effective Dec. 31. In February, SSCVA attorney Scott McClure said Falkwoski had resigned. The effective date of his resignation has not been confirmed.
