Archdiocese of San Fernando Archbishop Florentino Lavarias has called on the faithful to attend the nine-day “Simbang Gabi” from Dec.16 to 24.
In a circular, the Church leader urged parishioners to attend the dawn masses in their respective parishes instead of just joining online.
The Archdiocese of San Fernando in Pampanga said anticipated masses should begin at 6 p.m. while the last mass for the Misa de Gallo must be celebrated at 6 a.m. The archdiocese also said it would not allow holy masses to be celebrated in offices, private homes, and establishments, including radio and TV stations.
