President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has ordered the Philippine Navy and Philippine Coast Guard to surround Chinese vessels at Recto Bank.The YouTube video bearing the claim was posted on July 10 by a channel with 416,000 subscribers. As of writing, the video has gained 76,000 views and 2,400 likes.
