The seven-page agreement stated that"if this case were to go to trial, the government would prove the following facts beyond a reasonable doubt," and then listed the following details:
Chansley tried to gain entry to the Senate floor and again encountered Robishaw,"who once again asked him to leave the building." Chansley said others were on the Senate floor and he was going to join them; the officer followed him.
