Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee to challenge Trump in November, attacked the President for not mentioning the US hitting an all-time high for coronavirus cases in his speech earlier that day, ridiculed the lack of oversight in stimulus programs and told Trump to"act, lead ... or get out of the way so others can." We took a look at the facts around some of the accusations he leveled against the President and his administration.
