Robert Smith, 33, launched the Corona bottle at Will Bewick and Shahar Dubiner in Glasgow's Kelvingrove on July 10 2023.Shouting and swearing was also heard coming from the open window. He then left the property and attended at the ground floor where he chased the witnesses."The bottle did not make contact with them."He pleaded guilty to a single charge of assault.
