However, Tisdale was allegedly dismissive after the accident.“When you’re just a regular person and a celebrity has it out for you, it’s really scary – especially when they’re posting on social media and they have millions of followers,” Parker told the outlet, adding that French’s actions made Gonzalez feel “unsafe.” “You could just look up who sued Ashley Tisdale and say, ‘Ok, well her husband is saying this person is committing fraud, they work at this hospital, etc.’ definitely felt her safety was in danger. I mean, she was definitely scared,” he said. In September 2024, Tisdale went on to file for a protective order against Gonzalez, claiming that the publicity drawn from the case and Gonzalez’s testimony could be “used to harass and embarrass” Tisdale.The case was dismissed in December 2024 after Tisdale and Gonzalez were able to reach a settlement out of court.The actress’ request for a protection order was granted in November and the case was dismissed the following month after the two parties were able to reach a settlement agreement.
