Jovanny Crespo, the Newark police officer who opened fire on a fleeing vehicle, killing the driver, has been found guilty by a jury.

A jury found Jovanny Crespo guilty on all counts, including aggravated manslaughter, aggravated assault and misconduct. The driver of that car, 46-year-old Gregory Griffin was shot in the head and killed and a passenger was shot but survived.
