The UK Government’s Period Product Scheme is available to all state schools and education organisations for children between 16 and 19 in England – but period poverty campaigners have called on the Government to go further and mirror Scotland’s offer.: “It is always good to hear governments bringing the ever-increasing issue of period poverty into the forefront of policy.
