(Alcides Antunes via AP) The man responsible for last week's Cybtruck explosion at Trump International Hotel used ChatGPT to conduct several searches related to guns and explosives in the days leading up to the blast, according to authorities. Clark County Sheriff Kevin McMahill held another press conference Tuesday to discuss additional details on their investigation into Matthew Livelsberger's actions leading up to the blast. Authorities say Livelsberger parked a Tesla Cybertruck near the entrance of the Trump Hotel on Wednesday, Jan. 1, and initiated an explosion of several fireworks mortars that were in the bed. Livelsberger took his own life before the explosion detonated, according to the Clark County Coroner's office. Seven other people reported minor injuries. A search of his digital records found that he entered several queries on ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot. He asked about the legal limit for purchasing Tannerite, a brand of explosive targets, in Colorado. He also searched whether a gun could set it off and what the largest gun store was in Denver. It's still unclear how Livelsberger set off the explosives, but the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives believes surveillance video recorded him pouring racing fuel around the inside of the Cybertruck. They believe the muzzle flash of the gun used when he shot himself could have set off the fumes. Livelsberger also wrote in his phone that he was considering 'launching' off the glass skywalk over the Grand Canyon but changed his mind. McMahill said they found a six-page 'manifesto' on one of his cell phone
