The lane closures will take place during the evening and overnight hours from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Flaggers will be assisting drivers at the following locations:Florida Street between Emogene Street and Old Shell Road, Monday and Tuesday, July 29-30New Shiloh Avenue between Old Shell Road and Springhill Avenue, Aug. 4No complete road closures are planned but delays can be expected and access to all businesses will remain unchanged, city officials said.
