The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration said the weak southwest monsoon or 'habagat,' which is currently affecting the western part Southern Luzon and Visayas, is slowly moving away from the landmass.'We are expecting that this habagat will no longer affect the country by tomorrow, so we can expect that this fair weather condition will continue for the next three days,' the Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said.
Pagasa said the area of Palawan, however, will experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.Meanwhile, Tuguegarao in Cagayan may experience a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius while Metro Manila, Laoag in Ilocos Norte and Legazpi in Albay, 32 degrees Celsius.For Visayas and Mindanao, Zamboanga is likely to experience a maximum temperature of 34 degrees Celsius, while 32 degrees Celsius for Tacloban , Cagayan de Oro and Davao.
