Exclusive Lyvia’s House Trailer Sets Release Date for Mystery Thriller

The official Lyvia's House trailer has been released, which hails from director Niko Volonakis and writer Patricia V. Davis.

, the upcoming psychological thriller movie about a couple who moves into a new house, whose former owner mysteriously disappeared.

“Lyvia’s House follows young journalist Tara, who recently moved with her new lover into the former home of infamous Italian artist, Lyvia, who mysteriously vanished months earlier. The locals talk of the lovely, reclusive Lyvia, but are dismissive when pressed. Tara soon begins to wonder if Lyvia’s disappearance is somehow connected to murders that took place in the area twenty years earlier,” reads the synopsis.

“As Tara begins investigating the mystery surrounding Lyvia, she starts seeing and hearing things that seem more and more irrational, and begins to doubt her own sanity.

Inspired by true events, the film is directed by Niko Volonakis from a screenplay written by Patricia V. Davis. It stars Tara Nichol Caldwell, Joshua Malekos, Danielle Octavien, Ann Marie Gideon, Andrew Diego, Deborah Tucker, Brit Zane, and Cami Oh. Executive producers are Pete Davis, Nicholas Levis, and Joni Cuquet, with Patricia V. Davis producing. It hails from Stonecutter Media.
