Located in the historic Union Castle building, the restaurant’s interior is a masterpiece crafted by interior director Irene Kyriacou and design firm Redecco.
The decision to establish a Marble franchise in Cape Town comes at a time when the city is rapidly becoming a culinary hotspot. Guests can indulge in signature starters such as snoek pâté served with magwinya and lamb and beef tartare adorned with pickled waterblommetjies. The design brilliantly reflects Cape Town’s natural elements — wind, sea and earth —utilising floor-to-ceiling glass façades to create breathtaking views that span 360 degrees.
“The outdoor terrace is an extension of the dining and bar area, designed to amplify the beauty of our surroundings without overshadowing them.” One user, Smithwindtjoice, wrote: “EUREKA!!
