She also is accused of swearing at and making a slit-throat gesture at the neighbours, but Shreeves claims she was wiping sweat from her forehead because it was a hot day. CCTV footage of Shreeves flinging rocks and cement over the fence was shown to Stratford Magistrates’ Court. Mr Dempsey told the court: ‘I’m working in the garden. We kept being prodded with broomsticks, branches, then Joanne Shreeves came out with a shovel and threw cement over on our side, landing on me and my wall.’Trevor Dempsey and Sandra Durdin say they were subjected to abuse More footage shows Shreeves shouting at the couple as she kicks their garden fence in rage.
