Former Rangers star Jermain Defoe has praised Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou for his start to life at the North London club.
The 41-year-old, who enjoyed three years at Ibrox, is currently Under 18s coach at Spurs and has provided an insight into what the Australian is doing so well.
"You look at all the stats and all the managers, great managers, big names who have come to the Premier League and after nine games to have that many points that he stands at the top, after the game he was still not happy."Those sort of standards he has set at the football club of knowing we can improve and do better than that.
