It's time for a 'generational change'
Former Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan says it's time for President Joe Biden to step aside for a new generation of Democratic leaders. President Joe Biden should remain in the presidential raceThe reasons, he says are simple: The former California attorney general would represent a generational change; plug the leaking support from youth and Black voters; better prosecute the case against former president; and, as a polished prosecutor, she would beat Trump in any debate.
Harris would strengthen the necessary working-class votes from urban centers like Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Charlotte, Miami and Milwaukee, Ryan said. During the 2020 presidential race, our paths crossed many times. She is a joy to hang out with. She is brilliant, compassionate, engaging, funny and totally down to earth. My wife and our young son loved her.
