"At first they thought it was Parkinson's, but my extremities are alright," he said during a reunion-concert with former members of his Cabinet and several incumbent officials in Makati City on Wednesday night. Duterte said doctors found he has "trauma" which could be related to several motorcycle accidents, including one which happened only last month.“I have two accidents. On one, nawala ang break,” he added.He said it was also one of the first things he did after he finished his term in June this year.“There’s a time to start and a time to retire. God is really very kind to me,” he said.
