The fiery 2023 Tioga County accident killed a popular school teacher.

James Jr. on Oct. 22The judge set bail at $50,000 but required an appeal to be filed by next Tuesday. Brown, who had been free on unsecured bail prior to his conviction, posted the $50,000.
Brown had admitted in trial testimony while on his way to work at the Mansfield barracks in his private vehicle he began to pass in a no-passing zone and was unaware of Woodward’s vehicle coming in the opposite direction. One of the issues defense attorney Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. is expected to raise in his appeal is juror misconduct.
