A Cape May County Grand Jury on Tuesday indicted a former member of the Ocean City Beach Patrol, who later worked as a teacher, on sexual assault and other charges following an investigation prompted by a social media post two years ago.is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, second-degree official misconduct, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to Cape May Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland.
